Black Bean Salad

This is a frequent summer recipe for us.  

Black Bean Salsa Salad

2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed (about 3 cups)
1 c. frozen corn
1/2 c. cilantro, chopped
1/2 c. green onions, sliced
1/4 c. red onion, chopped
1/4 c. lime juice
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 Tbs. canola oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large tomato, chopped

Mix all together in a large bowl.  If you feel like getting fancy, then mix all but the tomatoes, chill, and then add the tomatoes just before serving.
