Onion-Millet Bread Mix

 Onion-Millet Bread Mix

Measure  these dry ingredients into baggie and label with instructions for use.
   1 c. whole wheat flour
   2 c. white flour
   1/4 c. millet
   2/4 tsp. salt
   1 Tbs. dried onion flakes
   ¼ c. dry milk
   2 Tbs. brown sugar
   1/8 tsp. garlic powder
   1 Tbs. gluten

When ready to use, add mix to breadmaker with:
1 c. + 2 Tbs. water
1 Tbs. oil
1 tsp. yeast
Add more water or flour as needed.
Use regular cycle or dough cycle, shape dough and place in bread pan, let rise, bake at 350˚ until 185˚ in middle, about 25 min.
